Orders are confirmed against an invoice with bank transfer details. For trade and project orders we can arrange consolidated invoicing. If you need a specific arrangement, just ask.

Get in touch as soon as you can. We can usually adjust an order before it goes into production. Made-to-order pieces cannot be changed once production has begun.

Prices are shown in the store currency. Any applicable tax and delivery are confirmed on your invoice before you pay.

Yes. Our Petaling Jaya showroom is open for visits, and we are always glad to set aside time for the larger pieces. See our Visit page to plan a trip.

We deliver across Malaysia. For larger pieces we arrange delivery by appointment, so someone can place them properly in your home.

In-stock pieces ship sooner. Made-to-order pieces are produced for you and take a little longer. We confirm the lead time for your specific items on the invoice.

For larger items we offer placement in the room of your choice. Please tell us about lifts, stairs or access in advance so we can plan ahead.

For now we deliver within Malaysia. If you are planning a project from overseas, send us a note and we will see what is possible.

Our pieces are built with honest materials: teak, natural rattan and cane, and linen and natural-fibre upholstery. You can read more on our Craftsmanship page.

Natural wood and weaves vary from piece to piece. Grain, tone and figure are part of their character, so a little variation from the photos is normal and to be expected.

For trade and larger orders we can provide timber, weave or finish samples on request. Contact us and we will arrange it.

For projects and trade we can often adjust sizes, finishes and quantities. Tell us what you need on the enquiry form and we will let you know what is possible.

Dust with a soft cloth, wipe spills promptly, keep pieces out of direct heat and harsh sun, and refresh oiled surfaces now and then. See our full teak care guide.

In-stock items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund (unused, in original packaging). Made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless faulty, and we will always work with you to put any genuine fault right. See our Returns page for the details.

Let us know within 7 days with a few photos, and we will arrange a repair or replacement as quickly as we can.
