Every Rohm piece is made to be lived with for years, from solid teak, natural weaves and sound construction. We stand behind our furniture, and this warranty is our promise that it performs as it should.

What’s covered

We warrant our furniture against manufacturing and structural defects under normal domestic use, for the period stated on each product. Typical cover is:

• Solid teak frames and joinery: up to 5 years
• Rattan, cane and woven panels: up to 2 years
• Upholstery, foam and fabric: up to 1 year

If no period is shown on a product, a standard 12-month warranty applies from the date of delivery.

What’s not covered

• Natural variation in timber, grain and colour, and the way teak mellows over time. This is the beauty of real wood.
• Normal wear, and changes from exposure to sunlight, heat or humidity.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, alterations or improper care.
• Items sold as clearance, ex-display or as-is.
• Commercial or contract use, unless a contract warranty is agreed in writing.

How to make a claim

1. Email hello@rohmora.com with your order number, a description of the issue and a few photos.
2. Our team reviews your claim and responds within 3 business days.
3. Where a claim is valid, we will repair, replace or refund the piece, at our discretion.

Good to know

This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under Malaysian consumer law and does not replace them. Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase. Questions? Contact us and we’ll be glad to help.
